Sigh...Anyway, Decisions Based on Information is the brilliant title belonging to a lovely lovely new album by musician Bess Rogers [pictured]. The record is quirky and bubbling with whimsy charm, but it also possesses a depth and musical acumen to be reckoned with (Rogers studied studio composition at SUNY Purchase and has backed Ingrid Michaelson and Jenny Owens Young, so I believe she knows her stuff.)
